Products can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged within 7 days after delivery.
Imran Menzo will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already had the watch sized, links removed, or altered in any way.
Due to differences in monitors, screens, and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item (such as dial hues or leather strap textures) may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged solely for this reason.
Imran Menzo will not accept exchanges for any timepiece that has been worn, scratched, damaged, or mishandled in any way. This includes items that have suffered physical impact, drops, or water damage beyond their stated water resistance rating.
Imran Menzo is not responsible for normal wear and tear, battery depletion, or the fading/degradation of leather or fabric straps due to improper care, sweat, or water exposure.
Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Imran Menzo will bear the delivery costs for sending replacement items on defective/wrong merchandise only, but the return shipping cost of the parcel to us will still be borne by the customer.
Imran Menzo does not provide a pickup service from the customer’s address. The customer is responsible for sending the parcel back to us via any reliable courier.
After receiving and inspecting the returned parcel, the resolution will be processed.
Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
Product add-ons (such as extra watch straps, bracelets, or travel cases) are not eligible for exchange.
There is no monetary refund offered on purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 7 days, or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases. (Note: Ensure this aligns with your previous section which mentioned bank transfer refunds).
Imran Menzo reserves the right to reject a return request if it is found to be a misuse of our returns policy, or if a product is received with missing tags, warranty cards, protective films, or original box components.
Imran Menzo reserves the right to update the Exchange and Return policy without any prior notice.
