Cash On Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

• Please be advised that under standard Cash on Delivery terms, the courier company will not permit the customer to open the package prior to making the full payment.
• You retain the full right to return your Imran Menzo timepiece, but this process can only be initiated after the payment has been handed to the courier and the delivery has been officially acknowledged.
• If you wish to return or exchange your watch, please notify our support team after receiving and paying for the package. You will then need to dispatch the package back to us at your own expense, in accordance with our Return Policy.
• Please do not insist that the delivery personnel open the package before payment is made, as this strictly violates COD regulations in Pakistan.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Once processed, all domestic orders will be safely delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 4 working days. Please note that standard order processing time is not included in this delivery window and may vary slightly depending on order volume.
