Return or Exchange Policy
You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your Imran Menzo timepiece, please return it to us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within a maximum of one week of receiving the returned goods.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused with all original tags, protective films, and packaging intact for a return to be acceptable. Watches that have been sized, altered, or worn will not be accepted.
NOTE: The buyer pays the return courier charges.

Return & Exchange Procedure
To return your Imran Menzo item(s), please follow the procedure below:
- Take a picture of the watch, specifically highlighting any defective parts if applicable.
- Pack the watch securely back in its original Imran Menzo box, ensuring the warranty card, tags, and all accessories are included.
- Email us at [email protected] with the pictures and let us know whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
- We will provide you with the designated return address.
- Go to your local courier and send the package to us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return package, and you have provided your bank account details or preferred payment method, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. In the case of a bank transfer, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the funds to clear and be credited to your account.
